Importance Of Reading Contract Letters

About 3 weeks ago, I had a client who bought 6 plots of land at
600k/plot and he got an extra plot for f-r-e-e, the thing is, before he went ahead with that trans-action, he asked me to
negotiate on his behalf so that the company could reduce what
he had to pay for survey and documentation and of course I did
that successfully...

But wait see what happened;

Few days after, when I went to get his contract of sale (the
document that shows the terms of the transaction), I read
through it and I noticed that, our agreement (the one I
negotiated) was not honoured in the contract, immediately I
called the attention of the company’s manager and after
discussing for some minutes, he told his secretary to prepare a
new contract and include the agreement we had earlier…

In another case, my client who paid for development of N300k/plot for another transaction, got the fees not reflected in the transaction. I called the attention of the company and it was corrected & reprinted.

Now why am I telling you this?

We are very hurry & accustomed to signing documents without reading through. Don't do this with contract of sakes.

I want you to understand how important it is to read through a
real estate contract of sale properly before putting your
signature… so many persons ignore this simple thing.

See,

1. If I didn’t know that the contract was legally binding and as such nullifies any agreement we had before, I’d probably have ignored the error, taken it to my client to sign, thinking we still had an agreement…only to find out later on that I messed up

2. If I hadn’t read through properly, I won’t have found that error in the first place

…and about that special o.f.f.e.r I mentioned earlier ( B-u-y 5 plots and get 1 f-r-e-e); N600,000 per plot?

It is still available until the 25th of this month after which it goes up to N750K/plot.

The time is really short so...
1. Call me now
2. Book a date for inspection and…
3. Let’s make it happen

PS: It's 3 days to the end of this o-f-f-e-r (b-u-y 5 get 1 f-r-e-e)         About 30 minutes from the dangote refinery, 600k/plot.
